Job Purpose

• Your core duties will be to support the smooth running of the Catering department at the centre.
• Ensuring your work is carried out to the highest standard and levels of Guest satisfaction whilst ensuring achievement of costs in line with budgets.
• Assist in the preparation and provision of meals.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and current Health & safety and Food Hygiene requirements.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our guests and young people on site.
• To promote the company values at all times.
• To support other operational departments when required.
